We are presenting you 4 new villas. The private pool villas are prime of architecture, modern design based on tradition. Just 280 m away from the beach.


180 m2 private pool villa has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 king-size double beds and its own bathroom with floor heating, cosmetics and towels made of the finest cotton. All the beds are furnished with luxury mattresses, satin linens and pillows stuffed with natural wool for comfortable sleeping. Each bedroom can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). 8 guests can stay in each villa.  

The open-plan living area features contemporary furnishings and large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning sea vistas. A state-of-the-art kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. 

Outside, the villa's beautiful terrace is a true highlight. Here, guests can relax by the private infinity pool, soak up the sun on comfortable loungers, or dine while taking in the panoramic sea views. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue, ideal for evening gatherings and creating memorable culinary experiences.

The villas are situated in a charming seaside village Soline in the Soline bay on the island Krk, the largest and greeniest island in the Adriatic Sea. Just a short stroll from the villa, the beautiful beaches of Soline await. Known for its crystal-clear waters and therapeutic mud baths, the beaches offer both relaxation and unique wellness opportunities. Or you can visit some of the most beautiful towns on the island: Vrbnik, situated on a 50 m cliff, Krk, one of the oldest towns in the Adriatict, Baška with sandy beaches….

Savrsen smjestaj! Zivimo na moru, ali vec smo drugi put ovo ljeto bili u istoj villi. Smjestaj ima sve potrebno za boravak, a komunikacija je izvrsna. Udobnost i privatnost, kao i lokacija su odlicni. S nestrpljenjem cekamo sljedece ljeto i dolazimo ponovno! Hvala i lijep pozdrav domacinu 😊

Pobyt bol dokonaly, uzili sme si ho aj s malym dietatkom, nadherne ubytovanie, vsetko ciste, komunikacia s majitelom tiez, hodnotime na 100 percent a uz teraz vieme, ze sa tam vratime a na dlhsie :)

Willa jest fantastyczna. W pełni wyposażona. Byliśmy w dwie rodziny z 4 dzieci. Wszystko wygląda jak prosto ze sklepu nowiutkie i czyściutkie. W okolicy plaża z miejscami zacienionymi przez drzewa, bary sklepy i restauracje oraz piekarnia. Znakomity kontakt z właścicielem. Willa położna w bardzo cichym miejscu z pięknym widokiem. Gorąco polecam :).
